Day 1: Emotional Intelligence for Leaders

Foundation Day

Day 1 is immersive and practical. Leaders unpack how their emotions, habits, and blind spots impact every interaction they have.

Emotional intelligence moves out of theory and into real conversations, real triggers, and real behaviors.

Through exercises, role plays, and guided reflection, leaders learn to:

• Recognize their own triggers and patterns before defaulting to defensiveness, withdrawal, or reactivity
• Regulate in the moment using simple tools to stay calm and clear in high-pressure situations
• Read emotional cues, energy shifts, and unspoken tension on their teams
• Respond instead of react in difficult conversations
• Have emotionally intelligent conversations about performance, feedback, and change

Day 2: Transformational Leadership

Application Day

Turn that internal upgrade into culture, influence, and measurable team outcomes.

From managing tasks to changing behavior and culture.

Day 2 builds on the self-awareness developed in Day 1 and turns it outward. This is where leaders move from good manager to culture shaper.

Through real scenarios, group work, and live practice, leaders learn to:

• Articulate a clear, compelling vision and standards that change daily behavior
• Lead through change by communicating the why and anticipating resistance
• Coach and develop their people using questions and feedback that unlock ownership
• Drive accountability in a way that feels firm and fair
• Model the leadership culture the organization needs to grow
