Description
The four-year municipal budget deliberations are in front of us. This budget is unlike any other. Over the next six weeks, Edmonton's Council will debate spending priorities that will no doubt have a huge impact on property taxes and businesses investment. What’s at stake? The tax increase over the next 4 years starts at 15.6% and the total spending between operating and capital is over $20 billion.
Join Edmonton’s member driven business organizations for a conversation on the impact of this budget, how to get involved and why your voice matters this year more than ever.
This is a joint partnership event hosted by The Edmonton Chamber of Commerce, Urban Development Institute Edmonton, NAIOP Edmonton and BOMA Edmonton. Panelists from these member organizations will engage in an informal discussion on the impacts and opportunities this budget has for member businesses.
