Shared leadership can not only help with organizational succession planning but create sustainable and resilient leadership through collaborative decision making, playing off each others’ strengths and ideas, and sharing workloads.

The session will explore why an organization might consider shared leadership, how to develop a strong model and some of the challenges and successes that the panel members have experienced over the years.

In the event of a cancellation of the event by the ECVO, registrants will be notified immediately via email and a full refund will be issued.
