Led by Chef Shanekia Headley-Morris, this one-night-only experience is a celebration of bold island flavours, time-honoured traditions, and the soulful storytelling that defines Jamaican cuisine. Each course is thoughtfully prepared to reflect the warmth, memory, and heritage that shaped it—creating a shared journey from kitchen to table.
At one communal table, you will experience:
