About The Presenter:
Deanne Beis, the founder and CEO of Tenfold HR Solutions, a Fractional HR consultancy firm established in 2016. Her organization specializes in assisting small to medium-sized businesses, empowering them to enhance their HR functions, facilitating growth and success.
Deanne, with over 15 years of HR expertise, started her HR journey after earning a BCom from the University of Alberta. She holds key HR certifications, including PHR, SPHR, and SHRM-SCP, and possesses a Certificate in Labour Relations from Queen's University.
Deanne's experience spans across managing HR initiatives for large construction and energy sector companies, reflecting her profound understanding of the HR landscape.
In addition to her successful career to date, Deanne was nominated for an Alberta Women’s Entrepreneur award in 2022, a testament to her exceptional contributions in the field.
