This course helps you discover, streamline, and remove repetitive operational tasks within your organization and free up time for supporting operations. By the end of this course you will know how to make your organization more efficient and effective. 

This program is for businesses that want to shift from pandemic response to focus on long-term implementation of digital strategy as a means for recovery, stability, and continued growth, specifically by redefining their operational effectiveness through a digital lens. This course includes six hours of live, interactive learning with access to a network of experts and coaches to guide you on your journey. You’ll have the opportunity to connect and network with like-minded women entrepreneurs.

Upon completion of this course you will be able to:  

• Reflect on your overall processes and identify gaps in your operational effectiveness 

• Learn how to build a digital workforce by mapping your team’s current needs

• Explore the current digital technologies (such as CRMs and ERPs) available to increase the efficiency of your operations? 

• Explore data management and set data goals, including learning about data collection tools (e.g. Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, Google Analytics, Harvest) and reporting and data visualization tools (e.g. Microsoft PowerBI and Domo) 

• Prepare and execute your operational digital strategy by developing a mini-implementation plan
