This course will cover ways to enhance your customer experience and increase your competitive advantage through a digital lens. Customer experience (also known as CX) is the interactions and experiences your customer has with your business throughout the entire customer journey, from first contact to being a happy and loyal customer.
Enhancing Customer Experience Through Digital will help you shift from pandemic survival strategies to focus on long-term implementation of digital strategy as a means for recovery, stability, and continued growth. This course includes six hours of live, interactive learning with access to a network of experts and coaches to guide you on your journey.
