For the last few weeks and months, we’ve been steadily helping organizations to increase their awareness on ways they can build an anti-racist organization. While everyone has started off the conversation by saying “I don’t think we’re racist,” they have also recognized they need to do more. Join Michelle Berg of Elevated HR and Shuana Porter of Upperhouse Agency as they discuss proactive steps organizations can take to promote diversity as well as truly build an organization that is inclusive.
