We're excited to welcome our featured guest, KEEN Creative, for this month's Chamber Connect event.
KEEN Creative is a full-service Advertising Agency dedicated to helping brands share their stories through integrated marketing strategies while building their business and creating a positive impact. Speaking of positive impact, their Director of Growth, Britney Roy, will present a short presentation on the importance of developing a Customer Experience strategy.
Communication is the number one cause for your audience engagement and/or disengagement.
In this presentation, KEEN Creative will demonstrate a few tactics to engage your customers, employees, and stakeholders. And keep them engaged!

As the Director of Growth, Brittney Roy works with business owners, entrepreneurs, leadership teams and internal marketing teams to customize their growth strategies. Facilitating the KEEN Navigator workshop, Brittney works collaboratively with clients to come up with a way forward, ultimately meeting goals and pinpointing the right marketing efforts.
