Susan Dioszeghy – Co-Founder Stack’d XLAB
Susan is the storyteller. As the Leader of the Stack’d XLAB team she ensures our product and our team is consistently building innovative solutions; reinforcing the merits of being customer driven and data informed.
With more than 20 years of both in-house and agency-based marketing experience across a broad spectrum of product and service categories, she has been a frontline force behind the development, launch, and re-imagining of brand voices.
Susan has proven experience in strategic brand management and integrated marketing communications. Her consumer-driven sensibility is grounded in an understanding of audience mindset that informs her innovative communication strategies.
Susan holds an Honours Degree in Mass Communications from Carleton University and is a member of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council.
Susan’s motivation comes from a deep passion for creating alignment between customer knowledge, company culture, and marketing tactics.
Dustin Anderson – Founder – Stack’d Consulting
Dustin is the maverick. The vision behind establishing Stack’d XLAB as a safe place for entrepreneurs to bring their businesses. A place that fosters innovation and transformation; not in a lofty way; but, rather grounded in the business of our clients.
With over 20 years of consulting experience, he works with bold leaders and trail blazers across North America who are trying to do something different and achieve something exceptional.
Dustin’s areas of specialty and interest include working on complex transformational initiatives, helping companies scale and grow, rethinking how companies operate and are structured, and delighting customers and employees through great experiences.
Dustin loves to achieve something new every day, building relationships with exceptional people, and being an entrepreneur. He also enjoys being a volunteer business coach to aspiring entrepreneurs who want to scale and grow through the Entrepreneurs’ Organization accelerator program.
Dustin holds a Master of Business Administration (with Distinction) from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction) from the University of Calgary.
