Description
A colleague comes to you and shares they have experienced sexual harassment in the workplace. Do you know what to do?
Traditional training around workplace sexual harassment is missing the mark. You don't have to.
This isn’t you’re average anti-harassment training.
Engagement Strategies Toward Ending Workplace Sexual Harassment is an innovative 3-hour workshop offered via Zoom Webinar. It is research-backed and proven to build the skills that help people understand, respond to, and prevent sexual harassment. Our curriculum empowers participants to move from inaction to action by powerfully conveying the impacts of harassment on individual, interpersonal, and socioeconomic levels without placing blame or shame. Through strengths- and assets-based learning, we share tools to increase comfort and capacity for providing support, intervening, and/or getting help. See the stats and more on our website.
What you’ll learn:
- what sexual harassment is (and isn't)
- what it costs us, interpersonally and collectively, and,
- how to help stop sexual harassment as someone who:
- witnesses someone sexually harassing others,
- is told about someone else's sexual harassment,
- is told they have done something that might amount to sexual harassment, and,
- is in a position of leadership and responsible for a safe and healthy workplace.
The workshop is specifically designed to be offered in webinar format, allowing for a private, personalized, and confidential experience that’s great for mixed-role groups.
