Description
Inclusivity isn’t a trend. It’s a lifeline
What would the world look like if every woman — of every colour, age, size, ability, and background — had what she needed to thrive? It would be a world where women aren’t just surviving systemic barriers but shaping systems themselves. A world that sees difference not as a challenge, but as a strength. Inclusion and belonging start with recognizing that struggles aren’t one-size-fits-all. That when barriers overlap, so must our solutions.
Join United Way’s Women United network for an energizing evening of connection, learning, and action. Learn how you can show up as an equity co-conspirator in your work and life. Together, we’ll explore why creating a more inclusive world isn’t just the right thing to do — it’s a smart, lasting investment that empowers whole communities.
At this interactive networking event, you’ll:
- Hear from inspiring speakers on how equity efforts are evolving and why they’re still urgently needed — from improving access to childcare and affordable housing to supporting women and girls in leadership.
- Reflect on real barriers, discover the social and economic benefits of inclusion, and make your own pledge to take action on equity.
- Meet fellow changemakers during the catered networking reception and leave with new connections.
Because when we invest in equity, building a community where everyone has a fair shot — everyone benefits.
