James MacDonald
James MacDonald retired from the Edmonton Police Service after 25-years of service. James' last position was a Detective in the Economic Crimes Section. James went on to work for Service Alberta's Consumer Investigations Unit as a Sr. Investigator, and currently is the Sr. Manager of Corporate Security at Servus Credit Union Ltd for the past 4+ years. James has a BA – Criminology Degree from the University of Alberta, is a Certified Fraud Examiner with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is a member of the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators. James' experience investigating Fraud has confirmed that knowledge is key in Fraud Prevention.
