Description
How can you ensure your brand is clearly defined and attracting the right audience? It's simple. Your brand must go beyond just a logo—you've got to tell a story, you've got to connect with your community, and you've got to answer one question to consumers; why should I support this?
Authenticity drives action. Consumer behaviour has changed drastically during the pandemic. Most customers now opt to support brands who share the same values, leaving behind ones who focus solely on selling and not serving their community. Purpose-driven transactions are not a trend in the marketplace—they're here to stay, and you've got to ensure your messaging aligns with your audience's intrinsic values.
Our friends at zag will share insights on what you can do to connect with your audience authentically and genuinely, how to listen to what people are saying about your brand, and how to finesse each touchpoint you have with your customer to ensure it's positive. This informative 'How-To' will give you an understanding of how to be your own best steward and how to look beyond sales and focus on things that create long-term value, and ultimately, success.
Please confirm your attendance by Wednesday, October 20th, @ 4:00 PM. This webinar event will be hosted via Zoom, and a unique link will be emailed to all registrants 12-24 hours prior to this event.
