This hand-on workshop is designed to help innovate in an existing business or explore a new idea.
Join Aksis and Startup Edmonton as we guide you on the first step to discover new opportunities.
We’ll utilize a Lean Canvas to help you quickly formulate potential business models and innovations, by assessing problems, customers and value. Explore new products, services or innovations, by creating a visual map to communicate the model/idea and determine what elements of the model you’ll need to test to move forward. The pandemic has changed and challenged the way we do business, let this be the first step to discover new opportunities.
