Registrants of this course will explore the relational competencies needed to apply the Relational Leadership model to their workplace, as a means to successfully build collaborative relationships.
Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to discuss the Relational Leadership model.

Dana is a caring, creative and innovative educationalist fueled by her love for all things learning. In addition to facilitating personal, professional and leadership development training, she operates her own educational consulting and training business. Being an adult educator for 20+ years, she’s worked across a wide range of industries, occupations and workplaces such as: higher education, retail, government, correctional services, and hospitality to name a few. As an educator having had several management and leadership roles, Dana recognizes the significant connection between learning and leadership and she’s always looking forward to helping people, teams and organizations achieve their performance goals with an enriching learning experience. Dana’s other love is her family. She enjoys spending much of her spare time working with them on different home projects and taking road trips.
