How can you position a complex product so that prospective customers can easily understand the potential benefits? In the best of times, answering this question is a major challenge. Add in a pandemic, and overcoming a customer's uncertainty about your product-offering and the timing of their purchase becomes a 'mountain to climb'.

During this virtual workshop our facilitators will guide you through 'Plan Your Pivot: A Guided Workbook' and be available for discussion and to answer any questions you may have. We'll send you a copy of the workbook once you register and we encourage you to work through the five exercises that help you brainstorm new customers for your products, or new versions of your products for your existing customers before the workshop. The exercises are broken down into a few major steps, and paired with guided questions to give you somewhere to start. The outcome of these exercises is a prioritized plan of how to position and sell your products or services to a market that you may have previously underserved or underestimated. Be prepared to test ideas, talk to customers and partners, and to be open to the feedback you get. The idea is to rapidly prototype your marketing and business development processes. Are you ready?
