Description
On the evening of Friday, June 2nd, The Today Centre is hosting our first-ever 'Illuminating Hope' Garden Cocktail Party at the lovely Muttart Conservatory. We chose the theme of 'Illuminating Hope' to remind us all how important the work The Today Centre does is in the prevention and education of family violence in our community and beyond. For victims-survivors of family violence, 'Illuminating Hope' is a reminder that they are not alone in their fear, uncertainty, and trauma. It is a reminder that there is help within their unique situation and experiences. At the event, guests will enjoy an array of flavourful and vibrant hors d’oeuvres, eye-catching signature cocktails, enjoy various forms of entertainment, and hear a personal story of hope from a survivor of family violence. Enjoy the visual decadence of Edmonton’s own four pyramids of beauty during the golden hour and bid on a selection of high-quality silent auction items. A BIG thank you to our sponsors who are so graciously supporting this event and The Today Centre! We appreciate you! - Willow Creek Poultry - MNP LLP If you or someone you know is interested in sponsoring this event or donating an in-kind auction item, we'd love to chat with you! We depend on the added support of our friends and contacts in the business community and are offering a great opportunity for your company to align itself with a new, unique event and a very worthwhile cause. We cordially invite you to partner with us! Please join us +/or support us in any way that suits you best! Help us bring awareness of the issue of family violence to the public, brand recognition to The Today Centre, and especially, hope to those that need it most.
