Join IMC (Ian Murray & Co Ltd) for an informative webinar on September 30th at 10:00 am MST.

Greg Christenson is President of Christenson Developments. In 1989, Greg formed Christenson Developments to create new adult bungalow and apartment communities. Greg is a graduate in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta.
Greg will be speaking on topics such as: challenges and opportunities in the sector, developing social villages, and his personal interest Alzheimer’s disease.

Educated as an Optometrist from the University of Waterloo, Garth practiced at the Bonavista Medical Center in Calgary for 22 years before becoming a developer of seniors housing.
Dr. Mann will discuss key issues associated with developing seniors facilities, differences between publicly funded versus privately funded facilities and the difference in seniors facilities in Alberta versus Ontario.
