Member Event:
The pandemic has certainly changed the way that we work and interact with others, but has it changed the way we approach and experience conflict? Don't miss your chance to join us on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 11:00 AM MST for our complimentary webinar, What is the Canadian approach to conflict in the workplace? COVID-19 edition.
In this 30-minute webinar, we will present new Canadian conflict style data collected throughout the pandemic to answer to the question above. Also, Justin will share his insights on how he uses the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode (TKI®) assessment for team building and conflict prevention.
Presented by Justin M. Deonarine Justin is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with Psychometrics Canada. He specializes in the application of data-driven decision-making to areas such as leadership and corporate culture. He has worked with organizations varying in size from local to multi-national, and has published articles about leadership, corporate culture, conflict, innovation and entrepreneurship for sources such as Inc.com, Canadian HR Director and CPHR Alberta.
Justin’s goal is to reintroduce the “human” into “human capital” by helping companies become better places to work. From the onset of the pandemic, conflict management has been a concern for a number of his clients, and Justin has helped them understand and prevent conflict challenges.
