Claystone Waste Ltd (Claystone) is a municipally controlled corporation dedicated to providing comprehensive waste management, collection, and landfill services for residential communities and businesses in Alberta. Our commitment is reflected in our daily efforts to explore innovative solutions, ensuring no waste goes to waste - because a cleaner, safer future depends on it.
Established as a municipally controlled corporation in 2020, we have a rich history, having previously operated as Beaver Municipal Solutions
and the Beaver Regional Waste Management Services Commission for over three decades. This legacy underscores our progress, innovation and unwavering dedication to delivering outstanding service.
Our primary hub of operations is the regional sanitary class II landfill facility situated just north of the Village of Ryley in Beaver County. Operating six days a week, we cater to a diverse clientele, including municipalities, residential areas and industrial sectors. Claystone continues its expansion initiatives to serve an every-growing range of communities, solidifying its position as a leading waste management and disposal solution fs across Alberta. In the spring of 2024, we will be opening a transfer station in west Edmonton.
