We are a Family Practice in the Chappelle area of Edmonton. We deliver comprehensive, patient-centered, holistic, and compassionate care to achieve the highest standard and quality of healthcare for our patients. We follow a team-based Patient’s Medical Home model in collaboration with the Edmonton Southside Primary Care Network (ESPCN), with access to Dietitians, Exercise Specialists, Behavioural Health Consultants, Respiratory Therapists & Social Workers. Our Physicians offer Preventive, Acute & Chronic care to patients across all ages, gender, race, and socioeconomic status, to promote their physical, psychological, & emotional well-being, for a healthy body, mind, & spirit. We also offer virtual care and uninsured services including employment/driver’s medicals, medical aesthetics, etc.
