We are a multidisciplinary studio that specializes in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and Meditation classes. We offer an exceptional service that you can enjoy by joining us at our studio located in the heart of Windermere or by tuning in with us on our online studio. Navina Yoga online features a wide range of on demand classes, daily live stream classes, challenges and workshops.

At Navina Yoga, as well as our group classes, we specialize in working privately with our executive clients who prefer to work one on one and have their teacher customize a balanced practice catered specifically to their needs. We are very excited about our newest program , our Corporate Program, allowing us to work virtually with your team in whatever capacity suits their wellness needs best.
