The European-Canadian Centre for Innovation and Research (ECCIR) is a non-profit service provider specializing in information and project management  in support of international innovation and research collaboration between Europe and Canada. ECCIR serves as a two-way bridge: acting as a gateway for European organizations to Canada’s innovation ecosystem, and helping Canadian small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), researchers, and innovators access international opportunities, form global partnerships, and enter key European markets.

ECCIR coordinates the Canadian consortium of the Enterprise Europe Network, the world’s largest support network for SMEs with international ambitions. Through the Network, ECCIR connects Canadian SMEs and innovators with exclusive market insights, internationalization experts, and Europe’s largest business opportunities database.
