The Christmas Bureau has been a long time partner with Events Edmonton and loves to be part of this exciting food festival. By volunteering with the Christmas Bureau for this festival, you help our organization receive much needed funds to support our campaign to feed families in need during the holiday season. 

Our shifts during the festival are for ages 18+, as the festival is under an open liquor license and our role helps maintain the policies of this licensing. We act as Gate Ambassadors for the 11 days of this festival, with over 40 spots to fill per day. Our role is to welcome guests, ensure they have their tickets, and keep a tally of how many patrons are coming in and out of the festival. We have volunteer shirts, shade, chairs, snack vouchers and vendor tickets for all of our volunteers, thanks to our partnership with Edmonton Events. Our shifts run throughout the full 11 days, July 16 - 26, and are from 10:45am-3:00pm, 2:45-6:30pm, and 6:15-10pm, with slight variations on weekend shifts.
