State of the Province, presented by CPA Alberta

November 30, 2026 (11:30 AM - 1:00 PM) (MST)

Description

Where is Alberta headed next?

Just six weeks after Albertans head to the polls for one of the most consequential provincial referendums in recent history, Premier Danielle Smith will take the stage at the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce for her 2026 State of the Province address.

What will the results mean for Alberta’s economic direction? How will they shape the province’s relationship with Ottawa? And amid a changing political and economic landscape, where does Edmonton fit into Alberta’s plans for growth, investment and prosperity?

On November 30, join the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce for one of our most anticipated events of the year as Premier Danielle Smith delivers her 2026 State of the Province address directly to Edmonton’s business community.

Hear directly from the Premier about her government’s priorities for the year ahead, Alberta’s economic direction and how Edmonton fits into the province’s plans for growth and investment – all in the wake of the most consequential referendum vote in Alberta’s history.

Following her address, Premier Smith will join Edmonton Chamber President & CEO Doug Griffiths for a conversation focused on the issues that matter to Edmonton businesses and the opportunities ahead for our city and province.
