Three‑Course Valentine’s Menu

• First Course: Start with your choice of soup or salad.
• Main Course: Choose from a two‑tier selection that includes guest favourites such as Filet Mignon, AAA Alberta Beef Sirloin Steak, Smoked Pork Chop, Ponzu Salmon, or Chicken Oscar. You can also add to your meal with options like lobster tail, garlic prawns, sautéed mushrooms, seafood Oscar, or half crab legs. If you’re looking for a signature cut, upgrades include Prime Rib, Ribeye, Bone‑in Ribeye, or the New York Striploin.
• Dessert: Finish the evening by sharing our classic New York Cheesecake or enjoying the rich Chocolate Dome.
