Step into an evening of discovery as we take you on a guided journey through the world of whisky. The World of Whiskies Dinner is a thoughtfully curated four course dining experience paired with five distinctive whiskies representing Ireland, Japan, the United States, Scotland, and a world whisky finale.

Each course is designed to complement the spirit it’s paired with, highlighting regional flavour profiles, production styles, and traditions passed down through generations. From the smooth approachability of Irish whisky to the precision of Japanese distilling, the bold character of American bourbon, and the smoky elegance of Scotland, this evening celebrates the depth and diversity of whisky from around the globe.

Guests will enjoy tasting pours alongside each course, with insights into the history, craftsmanship, and tasting notes of every whisky. Doors open at 6 pm with dinner beginning at 6:30 pm.

This is an intimate, seated experience limited to just 36 guests and was created in collaboration with Suntory Global Spirits. Tickets include all food, whisky tastings, GST, and gratuity. Join us for an elevated evening of flavour, storytelling, and shared appreciation for great whisky.
