Hassall & Co. is an Edmonton-based leadership development firm for new and mid-level managers. Most of our clients were promoted because they were great at the job, and are now finding out that managing is a different job entirely — every decision and every problem lands on their desk. We help them build a team that doesn’t need them for all of it.
