Century Hospitality Group is a collection of original thriving boutique restaurant & bar concepts based in Edmonton, Alberta Canada.

Founder Chris Lachance began with a single restaurant, Century Grill in 1999, as a local company supporting local companies. Through the years the company has grown, it has bought and sold, and today this dynamic, growing restaurant group encompasses 5 unique concepts with more than 350 employees. Being local and supporting local is not something to boast about, it’s just the right thing to do, and that’s how they always done it.

Dining in one of CHG’s properties is an experience. Our Culinary Leadership Team create gorgeous, contemporary settings, highly flavourful, fresh, innovative cuisine and offer attentive, gracious hospitality.
