As Event Sales & Experience Manager, you will generate, plan, coordinate, and execute a wide variety of events across our restaurant group. From private celebrations to large-scale conferences, your focus is clear:

Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Source and secure new event business
- Build and manage a live pipeline of qualified leads
- Forge partnerships with local businesses, associations, and planners
- Track outreach, conversions, and revenue targets
- Represent our brand in the market
Event Planning & Coordination
- Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional experiences
- Develop creative, brand-aligned event concepts
- Plan menus, décor, entertainment, and timelines
- Work closely with culinary and service teams for flawless execution
Client Experience & On-Site Execution
- Serve as primary client contact
- Maintain strong repeat relationships
- Lead events from setup to breakdown
- Solve problems quickly and professionally
Financial Accountability & Reporting
- Develop budgets to maximize value and profitability
- Negotiate vendor contracts
- Contribute directly to revenue growth targets
- Provide weekly reporting to senior leadership

Experience Required
- Proven experience in event or hospitality sales, business development, or leadership
- Success generating new business
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management tools
- F&B operations knowledge is an asset
