The Role

We are not looking for someone to manage events. We are looking for someone who hunts them.
As Event Sales & Experience Manager, you will generate, plan, coordinate, and execute a wide variety of events across our restaurant group. From private celebrations to large-scale conferences, your focus is clear:

  • Identify opportunities before they exist
  • Build relationships before they are needed
  • Create reasons for clients to choose us

Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Source and secure new event business
  • Build and manage a live pipeline of qualified leads
  • Forge partnerships with local businesses, associations, and planners
  • Track outreach, conversions, and revenue targets
  • Represent our brand in the market

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Develop creative, brand-aligned event concepts
  • Plan menus, décor, entertainment, and timelines
  • Work closely with culinary and service teams for flawless execution

Client Experience & On-Site Execution

  • Serve as primary client contact
  • Maintain strong repeat relationships
  • Lead events from setup to breakdown
  • Solve problems quickly and professionally

Financial Accountability & Reporting

  • Develop budgets to maximize value and profitability
  • Negotiate vendor contracts
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth targets
  • Provide weekly reporting to senior leadership

Experience Required

  • Proven experience in event or hospitality sales, business development, or leadership
  • Success generating new business
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management tools
  • F&B operations knowledge is an asset
